Sosuseowon Confucian Academy
Built during the 38th year of King Jungjong’s reign (1543), Sosuseowon became a cradle of education, teaching significant morals rather than the means toward blind success or utilitarianism. It produced many wise and renowned Confucian scholars, and it has stored vast amounts of academic resources.

Seonbichon Village
Seonbichon Village recreates traditional studies and the living quarters of ancient scholars. The village was built to demonstrate how our distinct Confucian culture was created, and to share lessons that we can apply in our daily lives. The Village is used as an educational venue where people can learn about the spirits of Confucian scholars, and establish good morals as well as a basic understanding of our history.

National Center for Forest Therapy
The NCFT is a forest therapy complex built to improve public health, and raise the quality of life with forest resources that are abundantly available throughout the Baekdudaegan Mountain Range.
The NCFT not only offers forest therapy services, but also trains expert personnel on forest therapy, develops forest therapy-related products, and promotes forest therapy culture. It is the largest and is the only one-stop-shop establishment focusing on forest therapy in the world.
